I want to introduce Ben Wellenbach from Be Well Fitness. Ben and I are jointly shooting golf specific videos to prevent, reduce and manage golf related injuries. The next few videos show you how to strengthen your knee stability and gain knee strength. Many of these exercises can be done at home, gym and hotel room.
