My Fitness Routine


One of my accomplishments from years of stretching and Yoga is this advanced pose of the wide-angle seated forward bend.

My day always begins and ends the same, with stretching. I try to stick to my routine at least 5 days a week if not everyday. All my exercises benefit my golf game and golf swing. I have a combination of stretches I have learned and enjoyed over the years, not to mention it reduces the chance of injury, allows greater flexibility and helps build stamina and endurance.

With the proper stretching and warm up you too will become more flexible allowing you to free up your golf swing while having more rotation.

Some of my routine yoga poses include:

  • Cat and Cow
  • Neck Exercises
  • Downward Facing Dog
  • Wide-legged Forward Bend/Stand Spread Leg Forward
  • Cobra
  • Triangle Pose
  • Twists

While on tour I work out with the trainers provided to the players. At home, I use the elliptical machine and lift weights.
